Stage 1. The Design
This stage covers sourcing fabrics, wall and floor coverings, samples and brochures presented on Mood Boards. Rooms requiring spatial planning would be presented with auto-cad plans and elevations to agreed budget lines. If 3D rendered drawings are required these are charged out per drawing.
Stage 2. Progress Stage
Approved drawings would be issued to all relevant parties along with specifications, suppliers and nominated specialist sub contractors. These crucial documents facilitate the tendering process, enabling you to have a clear picture of budgeting and scheduling at this stage.

Stage 3. Contract Coordination/ Project Management
We would liaise with the main contractor, attend site meetings with all parties involved in the project, attend to any issues relating to design details we have specified, coordinate nominated contractors. Supervise work carried out and sign off work when required. We can provide on site as well as office based project management. Coordinate finishing trades e.g. specialist decoration, carpet fitters, and curtains plus built in furniture. Items ordered and delivered would be inspected and signed off as well as works carried out on site.
Stage 4. Room Dressing and Completion
This is the stage when all the hard work and loose ends finally come together from exciting new purchases to treasured items given a new lease of life in a new setting. We can call upon our team of experienced contractors to help dress each room and hang valuable art works as required.
